Manage all technical and engineering operations pertaining to Foundry
Supervise technical personnel in Melting, Moulding, Core making, Sand plant, Fettling, Heat Treatment, etc.
Handle monthly, weekly and daily production planning to achieve OTD
Monitor process controls and assist in standardization
Monitor post-casting parameters (casting yield, rejections) and suggest improvements
Decide and assign quantities/schedules to job contractors for manufacturing orders
Coordinate with method department for specifications and prototype development
Implement effective cost control activities

Requirements

Experience: 5-18 years
Qualification: DME/BE Mech
