Machine Shop

Handle and control 35 CNC machines and 15 conventional machines in a shop floor
Manage team of 100-150 operatives and supervisors
Operating, Setting and Programming knowledge on CNC VTL/Lathe, VMC, HMC, 5-axis and Grinding machines
Hands-on exposure to heavy CNC machines (2-meter VTL, 1-meter HMC and 5-meter VMC)
CAM programming knowledge (added advantage)
Machining experience in valve component manufacturing
Ensure machine utilisation as per plan
Ensure output as planned (efficiency)
Responsible for quality output

Requirements

5-15 years hands-on experience in CNC & Conventional machine shop
Qualification: DME/BE Mech
